For about 2 months Travis and myself have been checking this place out, not quite sure exactly how to get into it but we had some ideas. A few weeks before our actual successful infiltration Travis had stopped by while in the area and checked a spot we suspected to have an entrance and found one. Our next trip out was a complete failure since we fell asleep in a dunkn donuts parking lot waiting for it to open and ended up being too tired to do anything. Then finally the next attempt we made it in. It was freezing out so we didn't stay for too long , but we did end up seeing a good portion of the main building. Since it is an active campus and much of the building we got into is at ground level, not to mention part of it is still in use, we had to be very quiet. We could even hear people talking outside as they walked by, so we didn't do much talking, and we were pretty careful about making any noise at all. Even when Travis almost fell though a floor he didn't say anything. It was great, not very often we get to see a new large abandoned building in MA anymore.
